Adpulse Digital Private Limited is looking for an experienced Video Editing Lead to oversee end-to-end video editing and post-production. The candidate will lead the video editing team and create high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the video editing team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Handle end-to-end video editing, including cutting, transitions, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging video creatives.
Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and storytelling quality.
Optimize videos for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
Manage editing workflows, timelines,
and project priorities.
Hire & Mentor junior editors and provide creative direction when required.
Stay updated with latest video trends and editing techniques.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative editing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
Familiarity with short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
Prior experience leading or mentoring a video editing team.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
