Position: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office (2–3 days per week)
Experience: 3+years of strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails & React
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails & React
- Strong understanding of Rails Framework, MVC Architecture & Ruby ecosystem
- Experience with Ruby Gems, Bundler & dependency management
- Hands-on experience with RSpec/Minitest and TDD
- Strong Git/GitHub experience
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker & CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and security – IAM, Security Groups, KMS, Secrets Manager
- Strong SQL skills – MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Experience with REST APIs, Batch/Data products and automation
- Experience with MongoDB/Redis is preferred
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, implement, and test scalable API, Batch, and Data solutions.
- Build new products, automation tools, and developer tooling.
- Follow TDD, CI/CD and high-quality software development practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, code reviews,



and collaborative development.
- Work with Ruby, Rails, React, and cloud technologies to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Candidate Requirements:

- Team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring and collaboration.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad and willing to work from the office 2–3 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
