Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads through multiple channels such as showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, test rides, events, and corporate tie-ups.

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test rides, explaining Gravton’s unique features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Present pricing, financing, and subsidy options to customers, guiding them throughout the purchase process.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with both individual and corporate customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotional events, and on-ground field activities.

- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.

- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and timely delivery of vehicles.

- Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

- Stay updated with EV industry developments,



competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with field sales and frequent travel.

Preferred:

- Prior sales experience in the electric vehicle (two-wheeler) sector.

- Exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Experience in organizing or participating in product demos and promotional campaigns.
