Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers and generate business enquiries.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.
- Manage and update customer and lead details in the CRM system.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales executives and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor the status of enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Ensure all leads and customer interactions are properly recorded and updated.
- Make payment follow-up calls and coordinate with customers regarding pending payments.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive organizational and reporting abilities.
- Confident, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively with the sales team.
