- Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties in target locations.
- Evaluate properties based on company requirements, budget, and business potential.
- Arrange property visits and inspections.
- Negotiate rental, lease, or partnership agreements with property owners.
- Maintain solid relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for documentation and contract execution.
- Prepare property acquisition reports and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property availability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
