- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to achieve timely completion.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site staff effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills before approval.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, and quality checklists.
- Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag-free work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
