- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business processes.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and system updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Robust understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within SAP MM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to material master data, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of application problems.
- Familiarity with SAP integration points and interfaces with other modules and external systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
