Job Title: Printer Engineer Location: East of Kailash Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT / Technical Services Experience Level: 2–5 years Salary: 15-18 k About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Printer Engineer to join our technical support and services team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with a range of printers—laser, inkjet, thermal, wide-format, and multifunction devices—and will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers across our client base. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and network various types of printers and MFDs (Multifunction Devices) • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to hardware and software printer issues • Diagnose and repair printer malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, or software) • Coordinate with IT teams for printer deployment and integration with enterprise systems • Maintain service records, logs,



and inventory of printer supplies and spare parts • Provide in office and remote support to internal teams and clients • Recommend printer upgrades or replacements as needed • Train end-users on basic printer functions and best practices Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Printer Technician / Printer Engineer or similar role • Strong knowledge of printer hardware, drivers, firmware, and software tools • Familiarity with brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox, Ricoh, Zebra, etc. • Understanding of print servers, network protocols (TCP/IP), and printer management tools • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
