About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Automobile Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, scheduling vehicle service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact existing customers regarding vehicle service due dates.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Follow up with customers before and after vehicle servicing.
- Maintain customer records and update service schedules.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with the service team.
- Remind customers about periodic maintenance and service campaigns.




- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily call reports and appointment records.
- Support customer retention and service satisfaction initiatives.

Eligibility

- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, CRM, or Automobile Industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with good customer handling skills.
