Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence across social media, paid advertising, and search.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan and create engaging Instagram content, manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Instagram and Facebook content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, optimization, retargeting, and performance analysis.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on generating relevant enquiries and business leads.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, product pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking for SEO.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, leads, conversions, and advertising performance.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, and content opportunities.




- Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.
- Continuously test and improve content, ad creatives, targeting, keywords, and campaigns to achieve better ROI.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to create or coordinate engaging social media content.
- Robust communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing activities.
- Experience in B2B marketing or industrial/manufacturing companies will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-oriented, not someone who only manages agencies or delegates tasks. The candidate should be comfortable handling social media, paid campaigns, SEO, analytics, and content on a day-to-day basis and should be focused on generating measurable business results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
