This role includes managing daily service delivery, coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensuring that patient visits and care plans are executed efficiently and on schedule.The Senior OperationsManager will design and optimize workflows, monitor key operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves vendor and partner management, capacity planning, and resource allocation, as well as resolving escalations and operational issues in a timely, professional manner. In addition, the Senior Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and contribute to scaling Lifetime Healths network across the region.QualificationsStrong operations management and process improvement skills,
