About the Company

Finvoy Global is a fast-growing company operating in Travel & Tourism, Financial Services, and Brokerage Solutions. We provide holiday packages, flight & hotel bookings, loans, insurance, investment products, and brokerage-related services. We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join our expanding team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Process

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Explain domestic and international travel packages.

- Assist with flight, hotel, visa, and tour bookings.

- Follow up on leads from social media, websites, and portals.

Finance Process
- Explain loan, insurance, and financial products to customers.

- Generate and qualify leads for personal, business, and other loan products.

- Coordinate documentation and application processing.

- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.





Brokerage / Investment Process
- Introduce customers to brokerage and investment services.

- Generate leads for Demat, trading, and investment products.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, travel, finance, insurance, or brokerage will be preferred.
