Job Summary The Creative Head will lead the overall creative vision of Hanu Reddy Odyssey across all business verticals. This role is responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, guiding the creative team, and ensuring high-quality execution of all creative assets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Creative Department,



including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators. Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. Review, approve, and finalize all creative assets before publication. Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social media, events, and marketing materials. Brainstorm and develop creative campaign concepts for all Hanu Reddy Odyssey verticals. Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Social Media, and Business teams to create impactful campaigns. Guide the team on design quality, visual storytelling, and creative direction. Manage creative timelines, priorities, and project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies. Mentor and develop the creative team through regular feedback and performance guidance.
