- 4–6 years of proven experience in International IT Services Sales.n
- Strong experience selling software development services, digital transformation solutions, cloud services, AI/ML,



enterprise applications, mobile applications, web development, or custom software solutions.n
- Hands-on experience working with international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, inbound leads, and other sales channels.n
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.n
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.n
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.n
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent proposal writing and pricing skills.n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.n
