nKey Responsibilities
n● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.
n● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.
n● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
n● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
n● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
n● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.
n● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.
nRequired Expertise & Qualifications
n● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
n● 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
n● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
n● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
n● Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
n● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
n● Positive verbal and written communication skills.
n● Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
