nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

- Drive residential sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned project/territoryn
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through proactive outreachn
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close salesn
- Build robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clientsn
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales approachn
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRMn
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to managementn
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cyclen

- 4-6 years of experience in sales, with residential real estate sales experience strongly preferredn
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsn
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skillsn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independentlyn
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)n
