- Act as the primary offshore operations contact for onshore stakeholders and leadershipn
- Lead governance meetings and present delivery performance, risks, and improvement plansn
- Manage escalations end-to-end with timely resolution and transparent communicationn

nQuality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track delivery performancen
- Drive process standardization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actionsn
- Identify automation opportunities to improve productivityn
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standardsn

nReporting

- Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting on SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, utilization,



and risksn

nRequired Experience
n
- n
- 12–16 years of overall experience in IT Operations, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Deliveryn
- 6–8 years in a managerial or delivery leadership role, specifically managing offshore teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholdersn
- Proven track record managing multiple projects/workstreams with governance and KPI accountabilityn
- Experience handling delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectationsn
- Background in software development, technology services, or insurance technologyn
