- 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.n
- 5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements.n
- Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements.n
- Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.n
- Solid understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.n
- Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discoveryn
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.n
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.n
- ServiceNow CSA certification desirable.n
- ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.n
