nWe are hiring a seasoned business leader to drive growth, profitability, customer experience, and market expansion for a leading Premium Luxury Retail Brand.
nThis is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end regional business operations, P&L; ownership, market strategy, merchandising excellence, customer experience, and team leadership across a large retail network.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Own and drive regional P&L;, business growth, profitability, and market share
n• Develop and execute region-specific business, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
n• Lead merchandising, visual merchandising, product planning, and customer experience initiatives
n• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and regional demand patterns to identify growth opportunities




n• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Design, Merchandising, and Customer Experience
n• Drive store expansion, recent market penetration, and performance optimization across the region
n• Build strong relationships with key customers, franchise partners, and stakeholders
n• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional leadership teams while creating a strong succession pipeline
nIdeal Candidate Profile
n• 15-20 years of experience in Retail, Luxury Retail, Premium Consumer Brands, Lifestyle Retail, Non-Apparel Retail, Luxury Goods, Fashion, Beauty, Watches, Accessories, or similar customer-centric industries
n• Proven experience managing large-scale regional operations with full P&L; accountability
n• Strong expertise in business strategy, merchandising, branding, customer experience, marketing, and retail operations
n• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and driving
