Job DescriptionKey Purpose of the Role
nAs a Senior Internal Auditor, you will independently execute internal audits across various geographies, functions, and processes, while collaborating with managers and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through a risk-based audit approach.

- Independently execute internal audits in line with the defined audit methodologyn
- Develop and review Risk Control Matrices (RCM) and audit testing strategiesn
- Perform risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and control testing (design & effectiveness)n
- Analyse large datasets to identify risks, control gaps, and quantify business impactn
- Identify root causes and recommend practical, value-driven solutionsn
- Validate audit observations with process owners and stakeholdersn
- Prepare high-quality audit documentation and reportsn
- Communicate audit findings, risks, and status updates to managementn




- Track and follow up on closure of audit observationsn
- Support cross-functional audits and contribute to audit initiativesn

nKey Requirements

- n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferredn
- Hands on experience in Internal Audit / Risk Advisory (Big 4 / reputed firms / MNCs)n
- Robust understanding of risk-based auditing, internal controls, and audit methodologiesn
- Hands-on experience in walkthroughs, control testing, and audit executionn
- Ability to independently manage audits with minimal supervisionn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailn
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (experience with analytical tools is an advantage)n
- Basic knowledge of SAP, ITGC, and application controls preferredn
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skillsn
- Agile, proactive, and quick learnern
