HIRING: Business Analyst – Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience to support and optimize systems used for planning, managing, and analyzing trade promotions, pricing, customer claims, and deductions.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams within the CPG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain TPM platforms such as SAP TPM, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Promomash, or Exceedra

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications

• Analyze trade spend, customer claims, short-pays, rebates, bill-backs, and deduction discrepancies

• Develop test plans and validate system changes, enhancements, and upgrades





• Support UAT, issue resolution, and user adoption

• Partner with business and technical teams to improve processes and system functionality

• Perform data analysis and provide actionable business insights

Required Skills

Strong experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

CPG/FMCG industry experience

Hands-on experience with Telus

Experience with trade spend, rebates, bill-backs, and deductions

Experience with ERP and/or TPM platforms

Robust analytical and data management skills

Advanced Excel and/or BI tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
