Job Summary: Top Retail Store Executives for its Premium Stores in Hyderabad. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, driving retail sales, handling billing, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and recommend suitable healthcare & wellness products.
- Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock availability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Eligibility:
- Intermediate (10+2) / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with 13 years of retail/customer service experience are welcome.
- Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, or Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
