We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming specifically tailored to the Human Resources module, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HR applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for HR module.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR applications.
- Enhance existing HR applications and implement recent functionalities as required.
- Participate in testing and deployment activities for SAP HR solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on HR module.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR data structures and processes.
- Proficient in ABAP programming language and development tools (SE80, SE38, etc.).
- Experience with SAP HR reporting tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM functionalities such as payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
