About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join the Jaddm recruitment team, an entity of Syth Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

The candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients, companies, industries, and job roles.

Candidates with experience in Non-IT and Healthcare recruitment can apply. Candidates who have client coordination or client onboarding experience will be preferred. However, candidates withount this experience are also strongly encouraged to apply if they are interested and willing to learn and take responsibility for client coordination and onboarding.

This role provides an opportunity to grow beyond recruitment and develop skills in client handling, business coordination, and recruitment account managment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Handle recruitment for multiple companies, client, and job roles simultaneously.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate database, and daily reports.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closures.
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding their hiring requirements.
- Support client onboarding and understand new clients recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Candidates willing to learn client coordination and onboarding will be trained and supported.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.

* Strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle.

* Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a recruitment/staffing environment.

* Client coordination/onboarding experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

* Candidates without client-handling experience who are genuinely interested and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
