Description

The Order to Cash (OTC) position is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, accurate billing, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process customer orders and transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for all orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in order to cash (OTC) processes or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
