- Process banking/financial transactions accurately within TAT.
- Perform data entry, verification, and record maintenance.
- Review customer/transaction details as per process guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
- Handle routine banking operations with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Must-Have:
- Graduate in any discipline – B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc./BBM, etc.
- Good written & verbal English communication.
- Basic MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
- Typing speed 30–35 WPM with 98%+ accuracy.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to work in night shifts.
