Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer (L3) with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Oracle Fusion to support a data and reporting migration project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, migrating, enhancing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver accurate and scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and business logic.
- Develop optimized Power BI data models using appropriate relationships and modeling techniques.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
- Work with Oracle Fusion data and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of overall experience in BI/Data Analytics or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong expertise in DAX.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs, and performance optimization.




- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and related data/reporting requirements.
- Experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, relationships, and star-schema concepts.
- Experience working on report/data migration projects.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
- Experience with Power BI performance tuning.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Power BI implementations.
- Experience migrating reports from legacy BI/reporting platforms to Power BI.
- Experience with Oracle reporting/data environments.

Migration Experience

Candidates should have experience with activities such as:

Legacy Reports → Data Source Migration → Power BI Data Model → DAX → Power BI Reports → Validation/UAT → Production

Experience in validating migrated reports against legacy reports and ensuring KPI/business logic consistency will be highly valuable.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Power BI Developer with strong DAX and SQL expertise, practical Oracle Fusion experience, and proven exposure to migration projects. The candidate should be comfortable working independently at an L3 level, interacting with customers, troubleshooting complex reporting issues, and delivering production-ready Power BI solutions.
