Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer while adhering to company policies and procedures

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and product recommendations

Communication:



Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other departments to relay important information, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate on problem-solving
