Hiring: Investor Services – AnalystLocation:Mumbai, MaharashtraExperience:6Months–3 Years⏳Notice Period:Immediate Joiners PreferredKey ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and investors.Process investor activities includingsubscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account setupsaccurately and within agreed timelines.Perform initialAML/KYC reviewsand verify investor documentation for completeness.Open and maintain investor accounts in accordance with fund documentation, AML requirements, regulations, and internal policies.Review subscription and other investor transaction documents.Communicate with investors via email regarding missing information and routine queries.Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes,
and other required documentation.Monitor investor information received through email and other communication channels.Prepare MIS and operational reports.Maintain accurate and organized fund and investor records.Support effective handovers between Mumbai and global processing centres.Escalate operational issues to management when required.Participate in global projects, including system enhancements and data conversions.Ensure all activities are completed within agreedSLAs and compliance requirements .Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience inFinancial Services / Investor Services / Fund Administrationis preferred.Experience inhedge fund processingwill be an added advantage.Valuable understanding ofAML/KYC and investor documentation .Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Graduate degree, preferably inFinance, Commerce, Business, or a numerical discipline .Freshers can also apply for this role.
