- Prepare periodic Cost MIS reports for management review
- Monitor project-wise expenses
- Maintain cost data and supporting schedulesSales MIS Reporting:
- Prepare monthly Sales MIS reportsVendor Payment Management:
- Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents
- Process vendor payments as per approved payment terms
- Process vendor payments through lendersFinancial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records and MIS reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support internal and statutory audit requirementsDebt & Interest Monitoring:
- Prepare monthly debt outstanding statements covering bank loans, term loans, working capital facilities and other borrowings
- Track repayment schedules and timely servicing of debt obligations
- Prepare monthly lender-wise interest MIS covering accruals and payments




- Reconcile loan balances with lender statements and accounting records
