We're Hiring | GRC / Compliance Lead - SAAS Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6–12 Years Company: Motadata We're looking for an experienced GRC / Compliance Lead to own and drive our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program across our AI-driven ITOM, Observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead end-to-end compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II , and preferably ISO 27701 . ✅ Own audit execution, evidence collection, remediation tracking, certification renewals, and maintain year-round audit readiness. ✅ Manage enterprise customer security questionnaires, vendor security assessments, and RFP security responses. ✅ Partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, HR, Legal, and Product teams to implement and operationalize security controls. ✅ Drive ISMS governance, risk registers, policy lifecycle, compliance dashboards,



vulnerability management, access reviews, and secure SDLC practices. What We're Looking For ✔ 6–12 years of hands-on experience in GRC, Information Security, or Compliance within a B2B SaaS / Software Product company . ✔ Strong knowledge of AWS/Cloud Security, IAM, Secure SDLC, Risk Management, and Information Security frameworks . ✔ Proven experience independently owning compliance programs and successfully driving audit findings to closure. ✔ Solid execution, ownership, stakeholder management, and process improvement mindset. Preferred Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK.
