The Admission Counselor cum Executive is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, promoting the University's academic programs, and ensuring smooth admission-related operations. The role includes student counseling, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with various departments to achieve admission targets. Counsel prospective students and parents about the University's programs, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities. Respond to admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits. Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities, and campus life. Coordinate with academic departments for eligibility verification and admission approvals. Maintain admission records and update the admission management system. Marketing & Outreach Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs,



seminars, school visits, and career guidance programs. Promote the University's programs through various communication channels. Maintain databases of inquiries, applications, and admissions. Coordinate with the finance department regarding admission fee collection. Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Science (Master's Degree preferred). ~1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer service, or student relations. ~ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work with CRM or admission management software. Solid organizational and time management skills. Experience in higher education admissions or educational institutions. Experience in student counseling, telesales, or customer relationship management. Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
