The GM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. - Handle complete accounts independently, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS
- Manage consolidation of Indian and foreign subsidiaries, including step-down subsidiaries
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, cost, and other audits
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST,
