Job Summary To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his own using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment. Experience 3-5 years Travel Local, Intercity Researching key contacts of Facility management team, Architects, MEP Consultants, PMC for Commercial Real Estate projects Generating leads on own, and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.)



Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM Has proven experience of 3-5 years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to various stakeholders such as the architects, MEP consultants and PMC community Has experience of working directly with Facility managers, consultant, architects, design &Willing; to work in a 20-80 setting of office and field environment Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Worked on CRM Tools Worked on B2B portals to generate leads Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree, or equivalent Incentive on sales closure Medical Insurance Travel allowance
