Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Executive will support inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with prospective clients. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. The Junior Sales Executive will contribute to local marketing initiatives, attend client meetings, gather feedback, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact to project handover. Basic sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and negotiation support, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors. Comfort using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms for tracking and reporting sales activities. High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity, with a customer-centric approach and focus on long-term relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a client-facing role. Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular client and site visits, and occasionally support events or weekend meetings as needed. Prior experience or strong interest in interior design, architecture,



home improvement, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
