Job Description Job Title: A&R; Executive Location: Mohali (In office) Company: Elahi Music Salary Range : ₹35,000-₹40,000 About the Role We're looking for a passionate A&R; Executive to discover new talent, build industry relationships, manage influencer collaborations, and support Elahi Music's artist acquisition and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities * Scout and onboard singers, rappers, producers, songwriters, and independent artists. * Build and maintain relationships with artists, influencers, creators, and industry professionals. * Schedule meetings, and convert prospects into studio clients. * Coordinate artist collaborations, music launches, and promotional campaigns. * Support social media marketing by assisting with content planning, campaign execution, and artist promotions. * Research music trends, emerging artists,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. * Maintain databases of artists, influencers, and collaboration partners while ensuring timely follow-ups. Requirements * 2-3 years of experience in A&R;, influencer marketing, talent management, or social media. * Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Passion for the independent music industry and artist development. * Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
