Role Overview

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Artificial Intelligence who can guide school students in research thinking, academic writing, and publication processes, while also mentoring them in building robust academic profiles for global opportunities.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong academic depth, mentorship ability, and a passion for working with young learners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Publication Mentoring
Guide students in identifying research topics and problem statements. Mentor students through research methodology, structuring, and academic writing. Support students in writing research papers, abstracts, and reports.



Assist students in identifying relevant journals and navigating publication processes.

Student Mentorship & Pedagogy
Work closely with school students (Grades 6–12) to build critical thinking and a solid research mindset. Deliver engaging sessions using structured pedagogy and simplified explanations. Provide continuous feedback and guidance to improve student outcomes.

Academic Profile Building
Guide students on how research and projects can contribute to global university applications. Support students in developing portfolios, projects, and strong academic narratives.

Program Development & Execution
Contribute to designing research curriculum and mentoring frameworks. Work with internal teams to improve program quality and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Graduate from a top-tier institution.

- PhD Scholar or Postgraduate with strong research exposure.

- At least one published research paper.

- Strong understanding of academic journals and publication standards.

- Interest in mentoring school students.

- Strong pedagogy and communication skills.

- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring school students in any format.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in leading research or innovation projects with school students.

- Exposure to interdisciplinary or applied research areas.
