We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our international customer base, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with overseas clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, export market development, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international business opportunities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, references, and market research

- Identify potential overseas buyers, distributors, importers, and agents

- Contact prospects and introduce company products and services

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

- Follow up with international clients and convert enquiries into orders

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and accounts teams

- Monitor competitor activities and international market trends

- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets

- Maintain CRM/customer databases and sales reports

- Support export order processing and customer communication
