ZingHR is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

What You'll Do

Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other prospecting channels.

Identify and engage HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs and key decision-makers across enterprise accounts.

Research target accounts, identify the right personas and build a strong prospect pipeline.

Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, authority and potential fit.

Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.

Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline generation.





Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly SDR targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

2–6 years of proven SDR/BDR experience, preferably in HCM, HRTech, HRMS or B2B SaaS.

Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Experience engaging HR/CHRO/C-level stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email outreach and prospecting tools.

Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.

Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-growth workplace.

- North India candidates preferred – Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Lucknow.
