About the Role

CAVA is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and well-presented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our premium retail environment at Orion Mall, Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer interaction and sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to represent the CAVA brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve store revenue targets.
- Deliver an excellent and premium customer experience.
- Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively pitch products to customers.
- Support the Store Manager in team coordination, staff management, and daily operations.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene,



and store discipline.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales.
- Ensure the store consistently reflects CAVA's premium brand image./

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Retail / Premium Retail / Lifestyle / Luxury Retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer handling and selling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Confident, polished, and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.
- Candidates with experience handling store operations or leading a retail team will be preferred.
