About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG/D2C e-commerce operations, catalog management, sales optimization, inventory coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product catalogs, listings, pricing, descriptions, and availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle operations on Amazon, Shopify, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
- Coordinate with platform POCs for promotions, campaigns, visibility, and operational issues.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and improve product visibility and conversions.
- Analyze sales trends, platform performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory and address issues related to stock-outs, delays, returns, and cancellations.




- Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and online reviews.
- Monitor and maintain the brand's online reputation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Work closely with marketing and digital media teams on e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Research and onboard new e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms to expand the brand's digital presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, preferably in FMCG or D2C.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Positive understanding of online sales, promotions, catalog management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external platform partners.
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BMS, or equivalent preferred.
