Hyderabad / Mumbai | 3–6 years experience

Earthful is a plant-based nutrition brand for women's health — backed by Fireside Ventures, V3 Ventures, and Ritesh Agarwal (Shark Tank India). We've built a strong online presence. Now we're going offline — gyms, wellness studios, coffee shops, marathons, Hyrox and more — across Hyderabad and Mumbai. We need people who've already done this, not someone doing it for the first time.

What You'll Own

Close partnerships with gyms, studios & coffee shops — stocking, sampling, co-marketing

Get Earthful on the ground at marathons, running events, Hyrox & other fitness competitions

Build our gym, studio & event network in your city — and beyond

Negotiate every deal end-to-end, and own the ROI on every activation

Turn what works into a playbook we can repeat across cities





You're a Fit If

3–6 years in brand activation, BTL, community marketing, or trade marketing — FMCG, D2C wellness, fitness, or F&B;

You've actually scaled an offline channel before — not just run events someone else planned

You already have (or can quick-build) a real network across gyms, studios, and the running/fitness circuit

You think in numbers — footfall, conversion, ROI — not just “the event went well”

Based in Hyderabad or Mumbai, or ready to move — please mention which city you're applying for

Bonus: you've worked at a D2C wellness brand, a gym chain, or a fitness-event company — think Yoska/HYROX, Cult.fit, F45.
