You will:

- Own end-to-end hiring across creative, growth, brand & startup roles
- Partner directly with founders to define ideal candidate personas
- Source creatively (LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, Dribbble, referrals, communities)
- Evaluate portfolios, storytelling ability & cultural alignment
- Build a strong employer brand for Earthful
- Create a candidate experience that reflects our brand

Skill Set





- 1+ year experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/startup preferred)
- Experience hiring for creative or marketing roles
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Naukri, Behance, etc.)
- Ability to assess creative quality & cultural fit
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
