The successful candidate will possess robust expertise in collections strategy management, decision analytics, and PowerCurve configuration, with a proven ability to improve recovery performance through data-driven decisioning and automation. This role requires close collaboration with business, risk, operations, and technology teams to deliver effective collections strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategy Design & Optimization Design, develop, and maintain PowerCurve Collections strategies, workflows, and treatment paths.



Implement and optimize collections decisioning rules to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency. Develop customer segmentation and treatment strategies based on risk and behavioral characteristics. Conduct strategy simulations, impact assessments, and performance testing to validate changes. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Credit Risk, Collections Operations, IT, and Business teams to translate business requirements into PowerCurve decision logic. Support implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements. Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on PowerCurve capabilities.
