nPosition: CRM Engineer
nDepartment: Sales & Marketing

nReporting To: Head – Sales & Business
nExperience - 2-5 years
nEducation - BSC / Diploma mechanical / Btech
nKey Responsibilities
n* Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements.
n* Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
n* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
n* Monitor order status and proactively update customers on manufacturing and delivery schedules.
n* Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and technical support.
n* Support key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Defence, Railways, Steel, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
nQualifications
n* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
nExperience
n* 3–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination,



or Project Coordination within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
n* Experience in hose assemblies, hydraulic products, oil & gas equipment, industrial components, or EPC projects is preferred.
nTechnical Skills
n* Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
n* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
n* Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer documentation.
n* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
