nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Business Strategy professional with deep expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI design, and KRA frameworks. The ideal candidate will shape organizational strategy, deploy robust performance management architecture, and ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution across all functions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring robust analytical acumen, leadership, and a thorough command of multiple strategy and PMS frameworks.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nA. Business Strategy & Planning

- Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process aligned with the organization's vision and mission.n
- Conduct macro-environmental analysis using PESTLE,



Porter's Five Forces, SWOT/TOWS, and industry benchmarking.n
- Facilitate strategy workshops with senior leadership and translate objectives into actionable plans.n
- Monitor strategic initiative execution and present insights through dashboards and leadership reports.n

nB. Performance Management System (KPI & KRA)

- Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization-wide Performance Management System.n
- Define and cascade KPIs and KRAs across business units, departments, teams, and individual contributors.n
- Establish performance review cycles (quarterly, bi-annual, annual) aligned with strategic milestones.n
- Collaborate with HR to integrate PMS with appraisal, rewards, and talent development processes.n
- Build PMS dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.n
- Drive a culture of accountability, data-driven decision
