About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work with international teams , collaborate with leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) , and build relationships with top architects, lighting designers, consultants, and channel partners across West India.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation for the Company's wireless lighting control solutions by working closely with interior designers, lighting designers, architects, and consultants.
- Develop and expand business with existing channel partners while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key specifiers and strategic accounts across West India.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new lighting partners to expand the Company's partner network.




- Develop a strong technical understanding of the Company's wireless lighting control solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team to deliver the best technical solutions for customer projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and order closure.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering or Science preferred).
- Minimum 60% throughout academics or a CGPA of 3.0/5 or above.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales, Solution Sales, or Channel Partner Management.
- Excellent written and verb
