nBridgekeys Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our luxury real estate sales division. This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing teams selling premium and luxury residential properties and consistently delivering exceptional sales performance.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth.n
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury real estate sales team.n
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential projects while managing HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor relationships.n
- Support high-value negotiations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain CRM excellence.n
- Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with developer partners to maximize business growth.n




- Represent Bridgekeys at luxury project launches, networking events, and developer meetings.n

nQualifications

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.n
- 3–6 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.n
- Mandatory experience as a Team Leader managing a team selling luxury residential real estate.n
- Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and leading successful sales teams.n
- Robust understanding of Bangalore's luxury real estate market.n
