- Number of New Clients Acquired, count of new clients secured within a specific period.n
- Total Revenue from Key Accounts, revenue generated from key accounts over a defined timeframe.n
- Market Share Growth, increase in the share of the target market served through key accounts.n
- Client Retention Initiatives Implemented, strategies to retain and engage key accounts.n
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings and presentations to assess client needs, present solutions and build solid relations.n

nRevenue Generation:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive revenue growth.n
- Exceed sales targets and quotas for recruitment services.n
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on current client base and potential new business.n
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue streams.n

nClient Management:

- Develop and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.n
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term success.n

- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any areas for improvement.n

nCandidate must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree added advantage).n
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an added advantage.n
- Exceptional English communication skills, mastery in negotiation, and a calm presence of mind during complex scenarios.n
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets 7+yrs.n
