Job DescriptionJob Summary :
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Operations & Compliance Skilled with 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry. The role involves managing investment operations, investment compliance monitoring, reconciliations, investment accounting support, and regulatory reporting activities.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IRDAI Investment Regulations, investment compliance frameworks, and hands-on experience with investment back-office platforms such as Credence, M-Power, and M-Fund.
nKey Responsibilities
nInvestment Operations
n
- n
- Process investment transactions across debt, equity, mutual funds, government securities, and money market instruments.n
- Capture investment deals accurately in investment management systems.n
- Perform trade validation, settlement monitoring, and corporate action processing.n
- Maintain investment records and supporting documentation.n

nInvestment Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

- n
- Monitor compliance with IRDAI Investment Regulations, Guidelines,



and Master Circulars.n
- Track exposure limits, prudential norms, sectoral limits, and asset allocation requirements.n
- Prepare investment compliance reports for management and regulatory purposes.n
- Coordinate with auditors, compliance teams, custodians, and fund managers.n

nReconciliation & Reporting

- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of investment portfolios.n
- Prepare portfolio reports, investment schedules, MIS reports, and management dashboards.n
- Support preparation of regulatory returns and investment disclosures.n

nInvestment Accounting Support

- Monitor interest accruals, dividend income, amortization, and valuation data.n
- Assist in investment-related accounting and financial reporting activities.n
- Coordinate with Finance and Actuarial teams for investment data requirements.n

nSystem Management
